We are Approver, an innovative startup formed in Brescia, Italy in 2022 by the enterprising founders of Geek Forge, the holding company Urania, as a technology partner, and a group of Angel Investors. We are committed to making advanced technologies such as Blockchain, still little known to most users, accessible to the general public.

Approver’s mission is to develop software tools for everyone, building on the potential of emerging technologies.
Our first product, AuthenPiQ, is a smartphone app for authenticating photos and videos directly. It ensures unaltered content and is valuable in legal and insurance fields as evidence.
AuthenPiQ is a member of C2PA, which includes leading international companies to create an open technical standard for the certification of different types of media.

We focus on the importance of data authenticity contrasting with deepfake and AI. We aim to promote trust in emerging technologies like blockchain and their ethical use. Our goal is to improve the human condition in line with Industry 5.0 principles.
That is why already with AuthenPiQ, we have developed a tool that can integrate with the latest European regulations, such as the Digital Service Act or the Digital Passport.
AuthenPiQ is, in fact, able to provide authentic images and certified metadata that, when accompanied within platforms or digital passports, can provide additional, verifiable security to the products to which they refer.
